A TALENTED team is what has made Giant Peach a success, says its boss.
James Read, who founded the website design company nearly four years ago, said winning the Marketing Excellence award was "brilliant news".
"It's all down to the team," said Mr Read, who employs four people at his Downton Business Centre premises.
"There is so much talent."
He said it took him eight months to come up with the company name, which is a "huge part of the business".
"Being called James with a business called Giant Peach makes people smile," said Mr Read, who drives a Mini bearing his Giant Peach logo.
"We will continue to try to grow and have big plans for the next five years."
Mr Read received the award from Robert Newman, senior partner of accountants Moore Stephens.
Mr Newman said that, as someone born and bred in the area, he had "seen Salisbury develop and change and all for the better".
- Runners-up were DPAS Dental Plans and estate agents Fox Grant.
