A SALISBURY man was found not guilty of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a woman.
Iancu Romica Coman, 39, of Fisherton Street, was found not guilty by a jury on August 11 of the two charges after a trial at Salisbury Crown Court.
It was alleged on September 11 last year he “unlawfully and by force or fraud took or carried away” the alleged victim against her will.
The sexual assault charge alleged the defendant intentionally touched the alleged victim without her consent and that the touching was sexual.
