THE LAUNCH of Foodie Sunday took place in the Market Place at 10 am this morning (Sunday September 4) and marks the finale of Taste Salisbury.
Deputy Mayor Cllr Atiqul Hoque made a short speech to open the event and this was followed by live music.
With numerous stalls offering the best taste sensations, there were plenty of areas in which to sit and watch the world go by while trying out some of the dishes. With much to see and do, including demonstrations and the results of the Great Salisbury Bake Off, it is worth a visit.
The event is on all day with screenings in the Guildhall Crown Court of the film 'Kiss the Ground'.
