Here is a round-up of cases heard at Salisbury Magistrates' Court:

THOMAS ANDREW FELTHAM, 28, The Wirr, Steeple Langford, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle namely a Ford Galaxy on High Street in Codford while disqualified and without insurance on February 11. A 12-month community order was made with 163 hours of unpaid work and he was disqualified from driving for eight months. He was ordered to pay a surcharge of £95 and court costs of £40. No separate penalty was given for driving without insurance. A community order for a previous offence was revoked for conviction of an offence while a community order is in force and he was re-sentenced with the new community order .

CALLUM MICHAEL SNOOK, 21, Woodside Road, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to being in charge of a vehicle, a Honda Accord, on February 7, on the A360, West Lavington, after consuming alcohol that the proportion in breath was 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the prescribed limit. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay a surcharge of £34 and court costs £85. His driving record was endorsed with 10 points.

CAMERON ANDREAS O’MALLY-RICHARDSON, 27, no fixed abode, Recreation Road, Amesbury, pleaded guilty to damaging a window of an unknown value belonging to John Baker House in Salisbury on December 8, 2021. He was ordered to pay compensation of £150.

ASHLEY GROVES, Peulwys Avenue, Old Colwyn, Colwyn Bay, 33, pleaded guilty to damaging a window in a door in Salisbury on August 29 and between August 28 and August 31 pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment making more than 400 calls, attending an address uninvited and leaving several voicemails of an unpleasant

nature. He also admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was committed to prison for 20 weeks and a restraining order was made. He was ordered to pay a surcharge of £154.

Cases heard at Swindon Magistrates’ Court:

MARK ROBERT TURVER, Challis Court, Ludgershall, 52, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle on May 30 on The Avenue in Andover when the proportion of a controlled drug, Benzoylecgonine (BZE, cocaine breakdown product, in his blood was greater than 800ug/L, and cocaine, in his blood was greater than 32ug/L, exceeding the specified limit. He was disqualified from driving for three years and fined £120. He was ordered to pay a surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

HARVEY ALEXANDER TUCKER, 24, Bosun Walk Street, Somerset, was fined £323 and had his driving record endorsed with six points for driving a vehicle, a Renault Megane, on a dual carriageway road, Woodbine Hill, A303, Tisbury, at a speed exceeding 70 miles per hour on April 4, 2021. He was also ordered to pay £34 and £620.

PAUL JAMES REEVES, Harnham Road, Harnham, 55, indicated a guilty plea to having a lock knife in a public place in Salisbury on August 27. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay a surcharge of £48 and court costs of £85. The forfeiture and destruction of the knife was also ordered.

LEROY WYNTER, Westwood Road, Salisbury, 48, was fined £440 and ordered to pay compensation of £15.30, a surcharge of £44 and court costs of £180 for travelling without a valid ticket at Westbury on April 20. The case was proved in absence.
