SANTA made an extended pitstop on Christmas morning to visit care home residents and to give his reindeer a well-deserved rest.

Both staff and residents at Barchester’s Cedars care home in Landford welcomed him and each person had an individually picked present wrapped in a gold box “with love from your Cedars family”.

The care home organised lots of activities for Christmas including a taste of Tudor Christmas and had the Church Choir plus Duke of Edinburgh volunteers and a great nephew and niece playing brass instruments to the residents.
