POLICE continue to appeal for information about Kiran Pun, a 36-year-old man from Amesbury who has not been seen since early December.

New photos have been released recently showing Kiran on the number 1 bus from Farnborough to Aldershot which is his last-known journey.

He is known to have left the bus near the railway station just after 7.30pm on Thursday, December 1 at the same time as another individual who in the photo, is seen standing at the top of the stairs.

DCI Adam Edwards said: "We are continuing to work hard to find out where Kiran may be and to try to piece together his movements prior to and since the last sighting at Aldershot Railway Station.

"As part of this, we have been conducting searches in Aldershot, around the area of the station, and this will continue.”

The police have asked people to check their CCTV, dash cam, doorbell, or any other footage in case it reveals Kiran’s movements on December 1 and an online portal has been launched.

Five men aged between 17 and 36 were arrested on suspicion of murder despite no body being found and bailed as part of the investigation.

A 29-year-old man from Fleet who was arrested on suspicion of murder has been released on police bail to return on March 24, 2023.

A 36-year-old man from Aldershot who was also arrested on suspicion of murder has been released on police bail to return on March 23, 2023.

Although from Amesbury, Kiran has known links to Aldershot, Farnborough, Basingstoke, and Andover.

He is described as being approximately 5ft 8 – 5ft 9ins tall and has short, black hair, brown eyes, and a slim face. There is a scar on his chin.

Detective chief inspector Roger Wood said: "I want to ask anyone who may have footage which captures Kiran, particularly anyone who lives or was in the vicinity of Aldershot railway station, to please take a look at it and send it to us to help us continue piecing together Kiran's movements on the evening of December 1.

"Your footage could be vital in providing some further clarity and answers for Kiran's family and helping us to locate him.

"However small something may seem, it could be vitally important to us, so please get in touch with us."
