GLEN SYLVESTER, 41, of 2 Kings Chase, Andover, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Mercedes A180, on a dual carriageway road, namely A303 Woodbine Hill, Fonthill Bishop, at a speed exceeding 70 miles per hour. Fined £512, and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £51, and costs of £110. £673 total. KIERAN LUCAS, 20, of 99 Rhodesmoor House, Salisbury. Summons for enforcement of payment. Non-payment of fine of £4236.00 imposed on 21/09/2021. A summons was issued for an outstanding amount of £4236.00. 

ANDREW CHRISTOPHER MORGAN-SMITH, 52, of Castle Road, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle on a restricted road, namely A358 NR M5 JUNCTION 25, Henlade, Taunton Deane, at 51mph, a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour. LUKE EDWARD GRIGGS, 25, of Wilton, Salisbury, drove a motor vehicle, on the A30 Shaftesbury Road, Henstridge, at 52mph a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour. MARTI ANTHONY GOODCHILD, 31, of Bingham Road, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third-party insurance. Referred to full court hearing. Summons issued for hearing on March 27 at North Somerset Magistrates' Court. 

ANDREW PAUL REYNOLDS, 48, of Queen Alexandra Road, Salisbury, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
