SANJEEV LIMBU, 47, of 1 Connolly Way, Tidworth, has been fined £660 and ordered to pay costs of £354 for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver / rider of a vehicle when required. Driving record endorsed with six points.

WILLIAM JOHN JENESON, 51, of Rambridge Crescent, Salisbury, for the non-payment of fine of £6087.59 imposed on April 27, 2007. Further time to pay ordered. The sum of £2086.00 remitted from the fine owing to a change of circumstances. Total amount remitted £2086.00. Warrant withdrawn. Adjourned to May 15 for a review. 

BOGDAN PAINTIRU, 37, of Endless Street, Salisbury, failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend appointments as instructed. Warrant of arrest for community penalty breach without bail. 

TOM HILLIER, of Bowes Lyon Court, Salisbury: Application for a closure order following service of a notice on February 11, in respect of 7 Bowes Lyon Court Salisbury. Order that premises Premises at 7 Bowes Lyon Court, Salisbury, SP2 9DL be closed immediately and remain closed for three months.

JASON LEE THORNE, 33, of 74 Highbury Avenue, Salisbury, has been given a 16 weeks prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, for assaulting someone by beating on November 1, 2021. The defendant must also carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next twelve months.

He must also pay compensation of £1000.

They also used threatening / abusive / insulting words / behaviour to cause harassment / alarm / distress, also on November 1 2021, with the intent to cause the victim harassment, alarm or distress,used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress. No separate penalty.

STACEY LYNN OSULLIVAN, 36, of 118 Westwood Road, Bemerton Heath, has been found guilty of damaging an X3 bus valued under £5000. The defendant must carry out unpaid work for 150 hours within the next twelve months. They must also pay compensation of £50.00, a surcharge to fund victim services of £114, and costs of £85.

They also pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating.
