CATALIN BARBACARIU, 28, of St Marys Place, Southampton. Pleaded not guilty but was found guilty of one charge of speeding. Driving record endorsed with three points and fined £300. PAUL HAROLD, 51, of Belmont Road, Southampton. Admitted two charges of breaching a Sexual Offences Prevention Order by failing to provide his mobile phone to police. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £26 and court costs of £85.
