A doorway on a Grade II listed building has been damaged in a one-vehicle crash.

The crash, involving a purple DS 3, occurred on the corner of Milford and Gigant Streets at approximately 3.30pm, Monday, July 17, damaging the doorway of Brewery House fronting Gigant Street.

Brewery House is a Grade II listed Victorian building, constructed in 1850 and first listed by Historic England in 1952.

Ambulance crew responded to treat the driver, a woman in her 80s, for injuries which Wiltshire Police said are not believed to be life-changing.

As of writing at 4.15pm Friday, July 17, Gigant Street remains closed just before the junction with Milford Street due to the crash.
