THERE have been several reports of power cuts and electrical surges across the city this evening.
Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks has tweeted to apologise for a powercut affecting Bishopdown, Hampton Park, Laverstock, Milford and Weeping Cross, and parts of St Paul's, Harnham and Longhedge seem to have experienced the issue, with power cutting out very briefly.
It has happened at least three times so far, and power is not expected to be restored until 3am.
