IT IS time for the primary school nativity play and a class full of squabbling seven-year-olds are constantly grumbling at each other but it all gets much worse once the parents arrive.

The Christmas production at the Studio Theatre this year is The Flint Street Nativity play. Written by Tim Firth who previously wrote Calendar Girls, the play has fun festive music and plenty of tinsel to get everyone into the festive mood.

Director of Productions and Publicity Coordinator, Jackie Pilkington said: “It is cleverly written and very funny. There is a cast of thirteen and they play the children first, and then, their parents.”
