A man has been ordered to pay £1,323 in fines, surcharges and court costs after being found guilty of stalking a woman and her partner.
Daniel Briody, 31, of Larkhill Camp in Larkhill, pleaded guilty to stalking without fear/alarm/distress at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on Friday, November 17.
Court records show that between Thursday, June 29 and Friday, June 30 in Tidworth, Briody placed a recording in his ex-partner’s bedroom to record her and her new partner.
Briody was fined £884 for the offence, with additional charges of £85 in court costs and a £354 surcharge.
