A LAVERSTOCK woman has been disqualified and must pay more than £1,000 after she was caught drink driving.
Yvonne Chick, 33, of Pilgrims Way in Laverstock, drove her Fiat Punto along the A380 at Mamhead in Exeter on December 9.
When breathalysed, Chick had 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of her breath which is 34 microgrammes more than the legal limit.
Chick pleaded guilty to the offence and was disqualified from driving for 18 months at Exeter Law Courts on December 21.
This can be reduced by 18 weeks if she completes a drink driving awareness course.
She was also ordered to pay a £672 fine, £269 surcharge and £85 costs.
