May I congratulate the Journal on your dramatic coverage of the flooding still besetting the city and neighbourhood.
My commiserations go out to all those affected by the flood.

I hope that the furious torrent flowing through Salisbury nowadays has not contributed to it and when the River Park millions have at last been spent those responsible will indeed have solved, once and for all, this annual problem.
