A man has been taken into custody after a search led to the discovery of drugs and stolen items.
Police said they were contacted by CCTV operators in the early morning hours of Monday, March 18 to man seen acting suspiciously on New Street.

Upon searching the man, class A drugs and multiple stolen items were found.
He was arrested on suspicion of burglary and possession of a class A drug and taken to custody at Gablecross in Swindon.
Police said as of 12.29pm on Monday, March 18 that the man remained in custody at Gablecross for questioning.
