RESCUE teams have been searching the River Avon near Churchill Gardens this morning for a 'high-risk missing person'.
Teams from both Wiltshire and Hampshire Search and Rescue - along with Wiltshire Police - have closed off Churchill Gardens car park for the whole day to conduct the operations.
