A MAN has admitted to harassment, fined hundreds of pounds and handed a restraining order after repeatedly emailing and contacting a woman.
Jake Burgess, of Davies Road, Longhedge, pleaded guilty to harassment without violence repeatedly emailing and contacting a woman between September 27, 2023 and November 10, 2023.
Burgess pleaded guilty on Thursday, March 28 and was fined £307.
He was given a restraining order stating he must not contact the victim directly or indirectly and must not visit an address in Wiltshire. The order is in place until March 27, 2025.
He was also ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a surcharge amount of £123.
