A LEARNER has been reported after they were caught driving without insurance.
The owner's BMW One Series was also seized by Wiltshire Police's Roads Policing Unit on Saturday afternoon, April 6.
Police officers stopped the car in Bulford after discovering the driver only held a provisional licence.
It later transpired that the driver also had no police of insurance.

The driver now faces a hefty fine and penalty points if they are to appear in court.
