A 37-year-old man who died following an assault outside a Leeds pub has been named.
Robert Hiscoe was pronounced dead in hospital after being assaulted in an incident at The Butterbowl pub, Butterbowl Drive, in the early hours of Sunday, May 5.
He was from the New Farnley area.
Nathaniel Philip, aged 35, of no fixed address, has been charged with his murder.
Philip appeared at Leeds Magistrates Court this morning and was remanded in custody to appear at Leeds Crown Court on Thursday, May 9.
The incident remains under investigation by detectives from West Yorkshire Police Homicide and Major Enquiry Team.
