A DRINK driver has been arrested and someone else has been reported for "driving without due care".
Two vehicles have also been seized for no insurance in a busy week for police on Salisbury's roads.
Posting on Facebook, Salisbury Police said: "Salisbury Response Team 1 have been on duty this week and seized two vehicles for no insurance under Section 165A The Road traffic act 1988.
We also arrested a drink driver and reported someone for driving without due care.
"It is every driver’s responsibility to operate their vehicles in accordance with the laws, ordinances and regulations of the jurisdiction in which they are travelling.
"Team 1 encourage you all to make sure that you take care when driving and remain vigilant in keeping all vehicle documents up to date and accurate. Please remember your choices impact other road users and you may be liable for prosecution."
The force added that it encourages all drivers to take care when driving and remember the fatal five: Speeding, careless driving, drink and drug driving, not wearing a seatbelt, and using a mobile phone.
