I unfortunately had a fall on the last evening of my holiday, injuring my wrist badly.
En- route home I had planned three nights in Salisbury.
I attended A&E at Salisbury General Hospital yesterday morning. I was in and out in, less than an hour, including to the X-ray Department and Orthopedics Unit.
I have now been referred to my home town General Hospital, all in less than twenty four hours.
There is often negative stories about the NHS and A&E and I just wanted to thank all those I encountered yesterday in Salisbury General Hospital A&E and Orthpedics, for their prompt and courteous service, to a very weary traveller.
[I am] Very grateful to the NHS.
