A SPAT broke out between two drivers along the A31 as rush hour tensions reached boiling point.
The two cars, an Audi A5 and Ford Galaxy people carrier, were travelling along the dual carriageway shortly before 10am on Wednesday, July 17 when the two drivers became involved in an “altercation”.
After going their separate ways, the Audi was spotted by police officers driving towards the Bakers Arms roundabout at Lytchett Minster and pulled it over.
No arrests have been made and police officers are making enquiries into the incident.
A spokesman for Dorset Police said: “At 9.57am on Wednesday 17 July 2024, Dorset Police received a report of an altercation between the drivers of two vehicles on the A31 near the Ringwood roundabout.
“It is reported that one of the drivers then drove away from the scene.
“Officers attended and following a search, the vehicle was stopped on the A35 in Poole near the Bakers Arms roundabout.”
