I was appalled with Wiltshire Council's sexual health and wellbeing objectives.
Forgive me if I am wrong, but the age of consent is 16. Has the word morality gone out of the English language?
Do parents and schools no longer teach their children any morals?
Apart from anything else, I object to my council tax being used to give children free condoms, so they can have sex. I think you should have your heads in shame.
