I see that Wiltshire Council are proposing to spend £25 million on a new leisure centre in Trowbridge. How about repairing and re - opening the City Hall before spending more money in north Wiltshire.
Wiltshire Council are responsible for the City Hall and are trying to get someone take over the running of it but I can’t see anyone taking it on in its current state.
Once again we seem to be at the back of the queue.
