A MAN from Over Wallop has been fined for driving whilst on his mobile phone.
Rickie Hewlett, 31, of King Lane Cottages, pleaded not guilty to driving a Vauxhall Vivaro down the A303 Furze Hedge on February 12, 2023, whilst using a mobile phone.
He was found guilty at Salisbury Law Courts on October 9 and fined £60. He should pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £24 and costs of £400.
Hewlett also received six points on his driving licence.
