A college has launched a major new campaign.

Wiltshire College & University Centre’s 150 in 100 campaign aims to secure 150 apprenticeship pledges from employers in just 100 days, helping to create more opportunities for learners in 2026.

The campaign will highlight apprenticeship success stories and offer practical advice to help businesses understand the value apprenticeships bring to workforce growth and development.

Dave West, executive director of growth and engagement at the college, said: "Apprenticeships are central to how we support businesses to grow and nurture talent, while creating real career opportunities for people across Wiltshire.

"The 150 in 100 campaign is about starting conversations with employers and showing how apprenticeships can help them develop the skills they need now and in the future."

Launched on February 10 during National Apprenticeship Week, the campaign follows last year’s 100 in 100 initiative and reflects an increased level of ambition for 2026.

The scheme targets both new and existing employer partners and aims to secure apprenticeship pledges.

The campaign begins just one day after the college’s Apprenticeship and Work Placement Awards, held on February 9, which celebrated the achievements of 19 apprentices, two work placement students, and four employer partners.
