Amesbury House of Perfection nominated for Beauty Salon of the Year

Amesbury House of Perfection in Amesbury has been named a finalist in the Salisbury Journal's Beauty Salon of the Year 2026 competition, one of eight salons in the running for the title.

Owner Jenny said: "This was just a dream nearly four years ago to see this run-down building and picture it as it is now. A hugely successful business which started off with five of us, including my own daughter, and now we have 21 people all working together providing pretty much every treatment in the hair, beauty, and aesthetics industry you could possibly imagine.

"Making the salon fun and a family-friendly environment where no one feels uncomfortable. Offering a safe space for young people to come and train or gain experience.

"We are the dream team with the most amazing clients, and I would like to thank every single one of you for making this dream happen."

Other salons on the shortlist include Boheme & Boheme Training Academy in Amesbury, The Beauty Lounge Bulford, Luxe Beauty Loft, Redbrook Clinic, Head to Toe, Total Makeover Den, and Beauty by Justyna.

Voting will now decide who takes home the coveted Beauty Salon of the Year 2026 title.

Simply buy a copy of the newspaper and mark your chosen stylist on the voting coupon printed inside.

Voting coupons will be published in editions of the Salisbury Journal on August 6, and August 13.

Completed coupons should be posted to: Salisbury Journal, Beauty Salon of the Year 2026, Suite B (Ground Floor), Milford House, 43-55 Milford Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1 2BP.

All voting coupons must be received by August 21.

The beauty salon with the most votes will take home the Beauty Salon of the Year 2026 title.
