Winterslow Drama Group is bringing a fresh dose of magic to the stage with its upcoming pantomime, Sleeping Beauty.

The show, written by Warren McWilliams and co-directed by Ryan Nowell and Hermione Christie, will run for five performances from Thursday, December 3, to Sunday, December 6, at Winterslow Village Hall.

Ryan Nowell, co-director of the production, said: "I’m delighted to share that rehearsals are now in full swing for Winterslow Drama Groups 2026 Pantomime ‘Sleeping Beauty’, with our cast and crew working incredibly hard to bring this year’s production to life.

"There’s already plenty of laughter, enthusiasm and hard work going on behind the scenes as we prepare for what we hope will be a fantastic show for the whole community.

"We’d love for the local community to come along, support their village drama group and enjoy a little bit of Christmas magic with us."

Performances will take place at 7.45pm on Thursday and Friday, 2pm and 7.30pm on Saturday, and 2pm on Sunday.

Tickets are priced at £10 for adults, £6 for children, and £8 for concessions.

Doors open 45 minutes before each show, with a licensed bar and refreshments available.

Tickets can be purchased from Winterslow Village Shop or online at www.winterslowdrama.co.uk.
