AUTHOR Sir Terry Pratchett will be opening the Fifield Fair next Sunday.
The event, at the Manor Farm, Fifield Vavant, runs from 11am to 6pm, with the official opening at 12noon.
There will be a tabletop sale, barbecue, stalls selling crafts, food, plants and cakes, an art exhibition, skittles, live music and morris dancing.
For younger visitors there will be face painting, a treasure hunt, games and tractor rides, and there will also be ice creams and cream teas.
Entry to the fair and parking are free. All funds raised at the fair will go to the St Martin’s Church restoration appeal.
