THERE is still time to nominate hard-working volunteers and community groups as part of a new awards scheme.
The scheme, being run by Wiltshire Council and NHS Wiltshire, recognises volunteers or groups working on exceptional or innovative schemes helping to transform the lives of people in the county.
The winners will be announced and awards handed out at a ceremony, which will be sponsored by a range of partners from the private and voluntary sectors, at the Corn Exchange in Devizes on October 19.
The deadline for nominations is August 20.
