THE mayor of Wilton has helped the fundraising drive for the town’s community centre with his mayoral appeal.
Cllr Andrew Kinsey presented a cheque for £2,714 to the trustees of Wilton Community Centre.
There is currently a campaign to fund an extensive refurbishment project at the hall, but the trustees will be meeting soon to nominate a special item to be funded by the mayor’s donation.
