THE owner of a new healthy food kitchen in Latchford has said he is ‘overwhelmed’ by the positive response he received from customers.

Chef Mani’s Nutrition Kitchen opened its doors on Kingsway South last week, after refurbishing the former Eat Clean Cuisine store.

The family-friendly kitchen offers main meals, breakfasts, kid’s meals and food prep to either eat in or takeaway.

And owner and head chef Patrick Mani said he could not have been more pleased with how the business has started.

“The official opening was amazing and I’m really happy with how everything went,” said Patrick.

“We received some really good feedback from the customers who have visited us so far and our first day of trading was overwhelming to be honest.

“All the feedback from customers has been positive and I haven’t heard a bad word about us, which is great to see.”

Warrington Guardian:

Originally from Colchester in Essex, Patrick moved to Latchford three years ago and his passion for cooking is a driving factor behind his decision to open his first business.

“I’ve always loved cooking ever since I turned 15 and it is something that I am really passionate about,” he added

“The main aim I wanted from the kitchen is to bring the best quality nutrition to the people of Latchford.

“Being able to make a living doing something I love while helping people to eat healthily at the same time is great.”
