A round-up of recent cases from Salisbury magistrates' court

SZYMON KRASZYNSKI, aged 22, of Barnard Field, Amesbury, was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £430, and must also pay £128 costs, for driving while over the legal alcohol limit in St Anne's Street, Salisbury on November 10.

KEITH MILLS, aged 40, of Levell Court, Ludgershall, was fined £40 and must pay £65 costs for being drunk and disorderly at Armitage Square, Larkhill, on November 11.

JACK BRECKENRIDGE, aged 19, address unknown, must carry out 40 hours of unpaid work, pay £200 compensation and pay £120 costs for assaulting a woman and damaging her property in Tidworth on October 26.

JENNIFER TODD, aged 27, of Nicholas Court, Salisbury, was fined £120 and must pay £65 costs for driving while disqualified and without insurance in Bath Road, Devizes on May 5.

RATU LUTUMAILAGAI, aged 31, of Labrador Gardens, Bulford, received a two-year conditional discharge and must pay £105 costs for assaulting a woman in Salisbury on August 1 and 30.

GLEN DOLAN, aged 34, of Saunders Avenue, Salisbury, was jailed for 14 weeks, banned from driving for 21 months, and must pay £115 costs for taking a vehicle without consent, driving while disqualified, driving without insurance and failing to stop after damaging another car in Canal Road, Trowbridge on August 18, for stealing a radio controlled car worth £280 in Trowbridge on August 3, and for possession of class A drugs in Trowbridge on September 2.

TERRY KEAT, aged 45, of no fixed address, received a six-month conditional discharge and must pay £60 costs for failing to leave the market square in Salisbury when ordered to by police on October 18.

CLAUDIA MIHALACHE, aged 19, of York Road, Salisbury, received a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay £105 costs for stealing various items from Home Bargains and Lidl in Amesbury on May 11.

GARETH BAGGS, of Southampton, was fined £80 and must pay £70 costs for possessing cannabis in Salisbury on February 20.

PATRICIA GUNN, aged 53, of Grovely House, Salisbury District Hospital, was banned from driving for three years, fined £200 and must pay £115 costs for driving while over the legal alcohol limit in New Canal, Salisbury on November 19.

LUKE GUYATT, aged 36, of Primrose Road, Salisbury, must complete a rehabilitation course, was fined £50, and must pay £170 costs for possessing a 21cm bladed knife in Rollestone Street, Salisbury on November 16.

MATEUSZ MIRYS, aged 26, of Tollgate Road, Salisbury, must pay £140 compensation, was fined £100 and must pay £115 costs for being drunk and disorderly in Milford Street, Salisbury and damaging the back of a Wiltshire Police van on November 19.

RALPH MORLEY, aged 21, of West Street, Wilton was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £140 and must pay £115 costs for driving while over the legal alcohol limit in West Street, Wilton on November 19.

KIERAN OSMAN, aged 19, of Brookside, Landford, was banned from driving for 14 months, fined £220 and must pay £115 costs for driving while over the legal alcohol limit between Salisbury and Coombe Bissett on September 8.

DARREN JONES, aged 32, of Barnard Street, Salisbury, was jailed for 8 weeks and must pay compensation of £115 for assaulting a man by headbutting him in Salisbury on October 28.

LIAM ULETT, aged 33, of Moregreen Road, Southampton, must pay £880 compensation, was fined £287 and must pay £115 costs for damaging the door of a lorry and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Salisbury on September 8.

ANDREW DEW, aged 53, of South Poorton, Bridport, was fined £660, received six points on his driving licence and must pay £129 costs for driving at speeds over 70 miles per hour on the A303 at Amesbury and failing to produce his driving licence on September 5.

JOLYON NEWELL, aged 34, of St Peter's Crescent, Chichester, was fined £1,100, received six points on his driving licence and must pay £151 for driving without insurance, driving a car without a valid test certificate and failing to produce his driving licence in St Anne's Close, Amesbury on August 22

IAN HALBERT, aged 54, of Blagrove Close, Bristol, was fined £50 and must pay £20 costs for damaging a window belonging to Tesco in Salisbury on December 9.

STUART CUTHBERTSON, aged 33, of Hambledon Road, Weston-Super-Mare, received a nine-month conditional discharge, was fined £139.98 and must pay £20 costs for stealing a digital radio and a bluetooth radio from Waitrose in Salisbury on April 11 and 21, and for using bank cards belonging to someone else to buy alcohol in Salisbury on April 30.

ANDRZEJ JASZKOWIC, aged 31, of Amesbury Road, Bulford Barracks, was banned from driving for 25 months, fined 400 and must pay £125 costs for driving while over the legal alcohol limit in Netherhampton Road, Salisbury, on October 31.

TY CARTER, aged 28, of Meadway, Shrewton, was banned from driving for 20 months, fined £120 and must pay £115 costs for driving while over the legal alcohol limit and the legal cannabis limit on the A303 westbound at Amesbury on May 26.

JAMES KERLEY, aged 63, of Antrobus Road, Amesbury, was banned from driving for 30 months, fined £128 and must pay £115 costs for driving while over the legal alcohol limit at Salisbury District Hospital on November 22.

THOMAS LEE, aged 32, of Maidstone Road, Bounds Green, London, was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £850 and must pay £170 costs for driving while over the legal cannabis limit and possession of cannabis at the A303 Stonehenge Fork in Amesbury on August 7.

MATTHEW YOUNG, aged 36, of Firs Road, Alderbury, was banned from driving for 24 months and must pay £170 costs for driving while over the legal alcohol limit in Winterbourne Gunner on November 23.

DANNY DYER, aged 28, of Gigant Street, Salisbury, was fined £200 and must pay £115 for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Salisbury on July 3.
