A cricket tournament ended with an exciting comeback victory staged in the final overs.

The fifth edition of the Seena Memorial T10 Cricket Tournament, organised by the Salisbury Malayalee Association (SMA), took place at Hunts Farm Playing Field, Timsbury, Romsey, with eight teams from across the UK competing in two groups.

The official opening, held on Sunday, May 25, was presided over by UUKMA national secretary, Jayakumar Nair.

In Group A’s opening match, SM 24 FOX XI defeated Breamour Dravidians Salisbury while Gully Oxford won against Swindon CC in Group B.

The finale, between SM 24 FOX XI and LGR, appeared to be an easy win for SM 24 FOX XI with a score of 110 runs.
