INJURY-hit Salisbury City have recalled two of their on-loan players to help bolster their squad ahead of this afternoon's Conference South match with leaders Histon.
Chris Knowles and Gary Middleton have been called back from successful loan spells at Bashley and Andover respectively, and may be involved in today's top of the table clash.
City, already missing a number of key players, are now without Danny Clay, who had to have 40 stitches at hospital following a nasty cut to his face after receiving a high kick to his mouth in Saturday's match at Sutton United, and Alan Neilson (calf) - both were substituted during the first half of Saturday's match.
They join City's injury list of Wayne Turk, Tim Bond, Paul Sales, Marvin Brown and Tommy Widdrington.
Knowles (v Braintree)and Middleton (v Nottingham Forest) have made just one substitute appearance for the Whites this season. Both have been out on loan in a bid to get more regular first team action.
Knowles has helped Bashley secure promotion to the Southern League Premier Division by winning the Division One South & West title, while Middleton has been an integral part of Andover's good form which has taken them to the same division's play-off places.
Today's game kicks off at 3pm.
