SHREWTON United were on top form to earn maximum points on the road over the Bank Holiday weekend.
The Shrews continued their march towards the upper echelons of Toolstation Western League Div-ision One, twice finishing 2-1 victors.
A Ben Halski strike and three goals from Dean Foot were enough to see off hosts Ilfracombe Town and Westbury United.
Praising both victories as "well deserved", boss Stuart Withers said he was still coming to terms with his charges' dramatic revival in fortunes.
"You think you've seen it all before, but it still comes as a surprise.
"We're playing no better now than we were during those three months we went without a win. It definitely makes you wonder what might have been."
Shrewton travel to Backwell United on Satur-day, kick off 3pm.
