A ROTATED Salisbury side stormed into the semi-final of the Salisbury Hospital Cup with a 3-0 victory over Andover New Street.
Three second half goals was enough to secure a quarter-final win over the Sydenhams Division One outfit on Tuesday night.
The goal action didn’t arrive at Foxcotte Lane, though, until second-choice keeper Nathan Ball saved a penalty for the visitors after 23 minutes.
After the break, Andover were reduced to ten men following a late challenge, and Whites made the numerical advantage count.
Nathan Connelly netted the opener on 65 minutes before Christos Papakinstantinou doubled their lead, both of which were tap-ins.
Claudio Herbert added a third late on to complete the job, which saw central defender Callum Hart make his return from a long-term shoulder injury.
Whites will host Sydenhams Wessex Premier side Amesbury Town, who won the cup in 2015, in the last four on Tuesday, April 11 (7.45pm).
