AMESBURY Town Connor Palmer was presented with a bottle of Champagne by Ex Amesbury player and current sponsor Steve Swinger of Pinacle Bathrooms and Plumbing to celebrate his 200th appearance for the club, before Tuesday night's Salisbury Hospital Cup tie with Ludgershall.
Palmer then captained and scored as Amesbury cruised into the final four of the competition thanks to an 8-0 win.
The other goalscorers were Nic Turpin with a hat-trick, Jordan Mathews a brace and single strikes from Tom Plant and Robbie Owen.
