BEMERTON Heath Harlequins striker Jordan Matthews is on fire at the moment, as he bagged his second hat-trick in as many games.

Jordan scored a trio at Alresford on the opening day of December in his side's 4-1 win.

Then last Saturday, he netted another three as Bemmy cruised to a 5-0 home win over visiting Lymington, once again in the Wessex League Premier Division.

The result has moved Bemerton away from danger zone and up to 15th and has extended their recent unbeaten run to three goals.

Against Lymington as well as Matthew's hat-trick, Charles Young and Jake Burgess were also on target for Bemmy in their biggest win of the season.

This Saturday, Bemerton have a tough trip to unbeaten league leaders Sholing.

However, the south Hampshire side perfect start to their league campaign was ended on Tuesday night when they drew 1-1 at mid table Tadley Calleva.
