THINGS are warming up at Salisbury Rugby Club for the forthcoming season.

The Ladies are holding a recruiting evening on Tuesday, July 2 (6.45pm), everybody is welcome, just pitch up with your kit and join in.

This season the Ladies will be playing in a league for the first time and will be delighted to welcome new players to the club.

The senior men commence training on Thursday, July 4, also meeting at the club at 6.45pm.

The coaching team will again be led by John Kimberley with strong back up from Jeff Watt, Nick Mould, Mark Lerpiniere and George Morgan. Director of Rugby, Richard Lloyd, is keen to see new, as well as established, players and hopes to welcome ambitious players who wish to play at the highest level. At the same time anyone wishing to play social rugby will also be made very welcome.

The Walking Rugby squad have already commenced training and will welcome new players at 6pm on a Thursday evening at the club.

The Rugby Club AGM will take place on Tuesday, July 9 at 8pm in the clubhouse. All members are encouraged to attend.
