SALISBURY have a tough double bill of pre-season home games this week, against League Two's Forest Green Rovers on Saturday (3pm) and National League's Eastleigh on Tuesday night (7.45pm).
Salisbury manager Steve Claridge said: “These two games will be a good test.”
On Tuesday night, Josh Harfield scored in the Whites’ 6-1 loss to Swindon Town, while last Saturday, Salisbury beat Aveley 3-1 as Ollie Knowles (pictured by John Rose), Warren Bentley and Dan Fitchett all scored.
Salisbury will open their league campaign at Chesham on August 10, before a home games against Gosport (August 13) and Dorchester (August 17).
Claridge said: “We want to make a good start, but it looks tough on paper, as Chesham beat last season and Gosport and Dorchester have been busy in the transfer market. It is going to be a walk into the unknown."
