BEMERTON Heath Harlequins hit six goals in both their last two outings, writes DAVID HEATHER.
On Tuesday night, they beat Andover 6-0 in a Wessex League Cup tie.
The visitor's young team were subjected to another Harlequin display of open attractive football.
Once Kane O'Keefe had scored in the 23rd minute with a shot on the turn the result was never in doubt.
He added a second after 37 minutes converting a cross from the right.
The second half Andover tried to subdue the onslaught but to no avail as Justin Bennett completed a hat-trick in 24 minutes with a variety of finishes sandwiched in between Eddie Perrett scored a fine individual goal
Last Saturday at Verwood, Bemmy ran out 6-1 winners in the league
The floodgates opened up as early as the first minute as Scott Hassell converted from close range.
Verwood were never really in the game and went 2-0 after 37 minutes, as Ben White scored.
Straight after the break, Verwood pulled a goal back, as Owen Nicholson blasted home from 25 yards.
However, Harlequin were not finished as Hassell and White both scored their second goals of the contest, before subs Ryan Lewis and Danny Finnigan completed the scoring.
Bemmy will be severely tested on Saturday when Premier Division leaders Alresford visit Western Way for an FA Vase game, which kicks off at 3pm.
