Teen helps South Wilts' men's fourth team with a huge victory over Hampshire League Division 5 East neighbours, Wilton.

Freddie Jones hit an unbeaten 177 to steer South Wilts to a seven-wicket win over Wilton, no mean feat for a 13-year-old cricketer.

Jones hit four sixes and 28 fours as South Wilts successfully chased down Wilton's 247-9 to win with six of their 40 overs to spare.

He also took two wickets, including Wilton's top run scorer Jon Shergold, whom he bowled for 90.

Jones is pictured being clapped off the field by the Wilton players, and also in front of the scoreboard.

South Wilts managed an impressive 249-3.

Next up for the men's 4s is on Saturday, June 28, against Farley 2s.
