SALISBURY cheerleading team Phoenix Stars, have had recent success at national level their Youth Level 4 team, Gravity, and Senior Level 1 team, Nemesis won first place at the Future Cheer International Championships in Bournemouth competition.
With their Senior Level 4 team, Gemini, taking second place and Senior 4.2, Storm, taking fourth.
With head coach Elly Humphries saying: “They have done amazingly well this season.
“We are over the moon to have two National Championship trophies for our gym. It makes the hard work worthwhile.”
The team also took two second places, one third place, one fifth and one sixth place trophy at the Legacy National Championships in Birmingham.
