Samantha Cain finishing Outlaw
CHRIS Goodall and Samantha Cain raced in the legendary Outlaw full distance triathlon on the weekend of Saturday July 22 and Sunday July 23, in Nottingham.
Chris Goodall completed his Iron distance event in 11.28, finishing with a superb sub four hour marathon after the 3.8 km swim and 112 mile bike.
This was the second time Sam Cain had taken part in the 140.6 distance challenge, and she gave a fantastic performance, knocking a whopping 40 minutes off last year’s time to finish in 14.06.
