STAR striker Lucas Hendy has been ruled out of Laverstock and Ford Under 11s' derby with Salisbury United at the weekend.

The youngster fractured the middle toe on his left foot after a fall on Monday.

He will be out for two to four weeks.

A spokesman for the centre-forward said : "Unfortunately, a fracture to the middle toe of Lucas' left foot has been confirmed.

"Lucas is devastated to be missing the "big match" against Durrington this Sunday."

Elsewhere, Alderbury U16s made the long trip to Corsham on Sunday to be faced with storm like conditions, hail and a howling wind.

Despite the weather, they worked hard to achieve the 2-0 win with goals from Harry Schneider and Scott England. 4 injuries to the team took their toll but excellent defensive work from Adam Hatch, Cam Maple, Harry Cottrell, Harry Chown, Ryan Heather and Jacob Norcliffe kept the home team at bay and helped secure the three points.
