I WRITE to thank all those within the NHS who delivered such excellent service to my wife who was recently in Salisbury District Hospital.
She was treated with respect, understanding, politeness and empathy. Professionalism is, without doubt, at the heart of the surgical teams, nurses and all those involved in health and the delivery of the overall NHS service in Salisbury.
Special thanks go to the Burns Unit, a ward where standards are extremely high and the value of their care cannot be underestimated.
The NHS is a service that we can easily take for granted but, it would not deliver such quality services without dedicated quality staff.
I am grateful to all those wonderful people who went the extra mile, making my wife’s 14 day stay so comfortable, well done to all of you.
