COULD somebody please own up to the horrendous smell that Salisbury is suffering from a couple of times a week. Being surrounded by farmland we are used to agricultural whiffs but this is something else.
If I didn't know any better, someone is collecting all the little dog-poo bags from their special bins putting them in a pile and setting them alight.
