ONCE again loyal Salisbury Reds passengers were let down by the slowly deteriorating service on a Friday night (September 21).

My daughter was one of approximately 25 disgruntled passengers who had to wait nearly an hour for a park and ride bus to get them home after a long week working in the city decimated by the Novichok incident.

They only got to the Beehive thanks to a considerate driver who did one final run before his hours were up. I dread to think how the passengers would have got there if he'd not done this journey and done what seven other 'not in service' R11 [buses] had done and driven past.

Despite trying to get an explanation from Salisbury Reds none has been forthcoming.

Sadly this seems to be the norm now in a rapidly deteriorating Salisbury service.

Shame because they have some truly excellent drivers who deserve better from their management.
